Overview

The Principal Technical Product Manager will lead the evolution of core TruIQ Analytics Platform capabilities, shaping the platform’s long-term product vision, roadmap, and operating model to support solutions across Credit Risk, Marketing, Fraud, and Identity.

The TruIQ Analytics Platform team is responsible for defining, scaling, and evolving TransUnion’s next-generation SaaS analytics platform.

Requirements & Eligibility

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Platform Product Management
• Proven experience building, scaling, and operating enterprise SaaS products
• Experience leading analytics platforms, data platforms, decisioning platforms, or customer intelligence solutions
• Demonstrated success creating reusable platform capabilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture
• Knowledge of APIs, data services, platform design, and product scalability
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Data Science teams

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap for key components of the TruIQ Analytics Platform
• Define reusable platform capabilities that can support multiple solution domains
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture to guide the development of a scalable, secure, reliable platform
• Collaborate with Data Science teams to incorporate AI, ML, and decisioning services
• Translate customer, market, and business needs into scalable, productized platform capabilities
• Establish product requirements, success metrics, and adoption strategies
• Collaborate with Solutions and Commercial teams to identify emerging use cases
• Drive platform standardization, governance, and consistency
