Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree with MBA and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience partnering directly with senior leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting organisational transformation, change management, and business growth initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.
• Advise leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
• Coach leaders on employee engagement, performance management, change management, and leadership effectiveness.
• Analyse business performance indicators and workforce trends to inform strategic people decisions.
• Collaborate with Human Resources Centres of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Learning and Development, to deliver integrated talent solutions.
