Requirements & Eligibility

• A proven background in a well-regarded consulting firm, balancing client delivery and revenue generation
• Strong foundation in technology problem-solving (architecture, analytics, engineering, or strategy roles)
• Credibility across multiple IT domains
• A track record of leading teams with a strong collaboration mindset, influencing executives, and delivering outcomes
• MBA or advanced degree preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Advise at the highest level, partnering with senior executives to define technology strategies
• Turn insight into execution by leading hands-on consulting engagements
• Drive measurable value to help organizations modernize platforms, rationalize applications, migrate to cloud, unlock data and analytics, manage cyber risk, and optimize cost and sourcing
• Expand account portfolio and drive revenue growth through strategic relationship development
• Lead exceptional teams, inspiring, coaching, and developing high-performing consultants
