Requirements & Eligibility

• A proven background in a well-regarded consulting firm, balancing client delivery and revenue generation
• Strong foundation in technology problem-solving
• A track record of leading teams with a strong collaboration mindset, influencing executives, and delivering outcomes
• Intellectual curiosity and the confidence to adapt Gartner's frameworks to each client's unique situation
• The stamina and presence to juggle multiple senior-level client priorities without losing focus or quality
• Having established relationships in either IT shared service centres, social security agencies, justice, or finance & tax collection
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Native German fluency required

Key Responsibilities

• Advise at the highest level by partnering with senior executives to define technology strategies
• Turn insight into execution by leading hands-on consulting engagements grounded in Gartner insights
• Drive measurable value by helping organizations modernize platforms, rationalize applications, migrate to cloud, unlock data and analytics, manage cyber risk, and optimize cost and sourcing
• Expand account portfolio and drive revenue growth through strategic relationship development
• Lead exceptional teams by inspiring, coaching, and developing high-performing consultants
