Requirements & Eligibility

• Secondary education in English and Mathematics as a minimum
• Previous experience of working in a laboratory including experience of GLP and GMP
• Use of a variety of analytical/testing instruments to provide a general knowledge of laboratory science is preferred
• Experience of and passionate about leading teams and delivering results

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, lead and motivate the team to ensure quality, yield and output deliverables
• Maintain and champion EHS initiatives, and drive 6s and process improvements
• Act as a representative at daily meetings, report on metrics, and escalate issues effectively
• Perform visual inspection of sensors and undertake physical testing procedures utilising laboratory equipment
• Perform batch record review and approval to support product release, on-market stability, complaints, and product development trials
